We understand everyone's injuries are different and we tailor a solution uniquely for you. We thrive ourselves on getting people moving well and often. We do this by planning and aiming for longevity and a preventative approach towards your long-term health.
How do we do this you say? By not guessing about the answers, but by showing you through real time biofeedback equipment, used during your assessment and then following that up with a strong foundation of hands on skills and a plan to get you moving again.
See told you we’re more than just your average Myotherapist!

Years of Experience
Paula has been treating my husband and I for over 5 years. She always seems to know where you’re sore without even saying anything! She has relieved many headaches, backaches, stiff necks and so many other sore and tired body aliments. She is professional and so knowledgeable while still being super personable and a genuine soul. I will never see anyone else, and I couldn’t recommend her services enough!
